Maintain Quotes and Sales Orders

When you want to maintain “Quotes and Sales Orders” go to the TASKS option.


After clicking on TASKS following options are opened. You go to the “Quotes and Sales Orders” click on it.



When you click on “Quotes and Sales Orders” option two types of more options are appear in front of you and click on “QUOTES”.



After clicking on Quotes the following Window is opened.
  •         Customer ID
  •         Date
  •         Quantity
  •         Items
  •         Unit Price
  •         Amount are mentioned






Sales Orders


To maintain “Sales Orders” Go to the Task click on it then click on Quotes and Sales Orders and then click on “SALES ORDERS”.


After clicking on Sales Orders the following window is opened.

  •         Customer ID
  •         Date
  •         Quantity
  •         Items
  •         Unit Price
  •        Amount is mentioned

When you want to maintain “GLOBAL” open your existing company and go to the option click “OPTIONS”.



After clicking on Options  some more options are shown below select “GLOBAL”.

MAINTAIN General Journal ENTRY


When you want to Maintain “GENERAL JOURNAL ENTRY” open your existing company click on TASKS option.




After clicking on TASKS following options are displayed select “GENERAL JOURNAL ENTRY”.





After selecting General Journal Entry following window is displayed in which following information is required:
  •          Date
  •          Reference
  •          GL Account
  •          Amount of Debit
  •          Amount Of Credit\
  •     Job


MAINTAIN ASSEMBLIES

MAINTAIN ASSEMBLIES

When you want to maintain “ASSEMBLIES” open your existing company go to the option of TASKS.


After clicking on TASKS following options are shown. Select “ASSEMBLIES”.





When you select ASSEMBLIES below window is opened in which
  •         Item ID
  •         Name
  •          Quantity On hand
  •         Quantity to build
  •         New Quantity
  •          Reference
  •          Date
  •          Reason To Build



MAINTAIN CREDIT MEMO

MAINTAIN CREDIT MEMO

When you want maintain “CREDIT MEMO”. Open your existing company go to the option of TASKS.




When you click on TASKS following options shown and select “CREDIT MEMO”



After selecting Credit Memo below window is opened in which you have to enter
  •        Customer ID
  •         Date
  •         Credit Number
  •         Quantity
  •         Item
  •         Description
  •         Unit Price
  •         Amount
  •         Job

How to maintain Inventory Items

When you want to maintain “Inventory”. Open existing company Go to MAINTAIN option.






After clicking on Maintain Following options are shown below. Select “INVENTORY ITEMS”



After clicking on Inventory Items Below window is opened In which

·         Item ID
·         Description
·         Item Class
·         General Ledger Sales Account
·         General Ledger Inventory Account
·         General Ledger Cost of Sales Account you have to mention.






In “CUSTOM FIELD”
  1. .       Alternate Vendor
  2. .       Substitution
  3. .       Special Note.
  4. .       etc.






In “HISTORY” all history of that inventory is mentioned price ,quantity, costs are mentioned.

Maintain Vendor Credit Memo

To maintain Vendor Credit memos open your existing company and go to the options “TASKS”.


After clicking on Tasks Following Options are open and you click on  the “Vendors Credit Memos



After Clicking on that option the following window is opened in front of you. In this
·         Vendors ID
·         Credit Number
·         Quantity
·         Items
·         Unit price
·         Amount are mentioned.
