How to maintain Inventory Items

How to maintain Inventory Items

When you want to maintain “Inventory”. Open existing company Go to MAINTAIN option.






After clicking on Maintain Following options are shown below. Select “INVENTORY ITEMS”



After clicking on Inventory Items Below window is opened In which

·         Item ID
·         Description
·         Item Class
·         General Ledger Sales Account
·         General Ledger Inventory Account
·         General Ledger Cost of Sales Account you have to mention.






In “CUSTOM FIELD”
  1. .       Alternate Vendor
  2. .       Substitution
  3. .       Special Note.
  4. .       etc.






In “HISTORY” all history of that inventory is mentioned price ,quantity, costs are mentioned.
