How To Maintain
Charts of Accounts
Open your
existing company and go to the right side option “Maintain” click on it and
following options are displayed on your screen.
Click on
“Charts of Accounts” to maintain charts of accounts of your company.
By Clicking
on charts of accounts the following window is display.
In First
point Account ID should be written.
In Second
point Description and in Third point Account Type should be mentioned.
How to enter
beginning balances
to
enter beginning balances click on the arrow which is on point One
Select the
Period to enter beginning balances
After
selecting period this window is opened and all amounts are arranged and trail
balance is also displayed
